BY BTS: Take the Sukhumvit Line to Bang Chak station — the office is a few hundred metres along Sukhumvit Road. From Asok or Phrom Phong it is roughly 10-15 minutes on the train. BY CAR: Head east on Sukhumvit Road past On Nut; the office is on the left before Punnawithi, opposite Soi 62/1. For a driving licence you can use any DLT office in Thailand regardless of where you live, so this is a legitimate alternative to Chatuchak for anyone on the Sukhumvit side of the city. Expat guides describe it as a solid backup for eastern Sukhumvit; Chatuchak still handles the largest volume of foreign applications and its staff are the most practised with foreign documents.
