PROVINCIAL OFFICE (84 Moo 1, Ban Chang), per its listing: from Pathum Sampan Road in front of Pathum Wilai School, follow the signs for Kanchanaphisek Road for about 1.5 km, turn right into Soi Kittijit, go about 600 m and turn right into the office. KHLONG LUANG BRANCH (18 Moo 8, Khlong Si), per its listing: on Khlong Luang Road, starting in front of Makro Khlong Luang, pass the PTT station on your left and the Ford Khlong Luang showroom on your right; after about 2.4 km turn left at the signs for Bang Pa-in / Saraburi, then left again at the signs for the freight station (สถานีขนส่งสินค้า) and turn into the Khlong Luang Freight Transport Station. The office is on the first floor. BY GRAB/TAXI: search 'สำนักงานขนส่งจังหวัดปทุมธานี' for the provincial office or 'สำนักงานขนส่งจังหวัดปทุมธานี สาขาอำเภอคลองหลวง' for the branch.

Pathum Thani has two DLT offices. The provincial office is on the west bank of the Chao Phraya at Ban Chang, Mueang district. The Khlong Luang branch is on the Rangsit side, in Khlong Si.
The Khlong Luang branch is inside a freight terminal, the Khlong Luang Freight Transport Station, on the first floor. Tell your Grab driver that; a driver may not expect a DLT counter inside a freight station.
AIT, Thammasat's Rangsit campus and Bangkok University's Rangsit campus are all in Khlong Luang district, so students and staff there share a district with the branch.
The provincial office opens at 8:00 according to its listing; the Khlong Luang branch at 8:30.
Phone the Khlong Luang branch before coming for a foreign-licence conversion to make sure it takes them.
Any DLT office can issue your licence. From southern Pathum Thani, Nonthaburi and Bangkok's Chatuchak office are also within reach.
Book through DLT Smart Queue where possible, get your medical certificate at a clinic beforehand, and bring two copies of every document plus your passport, visa page and entry stamp.
Dress modestly: no sleeveless tops, very short shorts or flip-flops.

Published addresses for that office disagree, so phone or check its current location before you go. Fees run 200-500 THB depending on the office.
