The office is on the north (odd-numbered) side of Sukhumvit Road, opposite Soi Sukhumvit 62/1, in the Bang Chak area of Phra Khanong. BY BTS: Take the Sukhumvit Line to Bang Chak station — the office is a few hundred metres along Sukhumvit Road. From Asok or Phrom Phong it is roughly 10-15 minutes on the train. BY CAR: Head east on Sukhumvit Road past On Nut; the office is on the left before Punnawithi, opposite Soi 62/1. Parking on site is limited and morning traffic is heavy — allow extra time or use the BTS. BY GRAB/TAXI: Search 'สำนักงานขนส่งกรุงเทพมหานครพื้นที่ 3' or 'DLT Bangkok Area 3'. Tell a taxi driver 'Kor Sor Lor Phra Khanong' (ขนส่ง พระโขนง). LANDMARK: BTS Bang Chak station; the office sits on the main road, not inside a soi.

This is the office most people mean when they say 'DLT Bang Chak', 'DLT Phra Khanong', 'the Sukhumvit 62 DLT' or 'Area 3' — they are all the same building at 2479 Sukhumvit Road, opposite Soi 62/1.
For a driving licence you can use any DLT office in Thailand regardless of where you live, so this is a legitimate alternative to Chatuchak for anyone on the Sukhumvit side of the city.
