What to Expect at the DLT
First time at a DLT office? Here is what to expect so you can prepare.

Check-In & Queue
Upon arrival you will take a queue number and wait in the main hall. Arrive early as numbers are limited and the halls fill up quickly.

Busy Waiting Areas
DLT offices can get very crowded, especially mid-morning. Bring water, snacks, and something to read while you wait for your number to be called.

Navigate the Building
Larger DLT offices have multiple floors for different services. Look for directory signs to find the correct floor for driving license services.

Hallway Queues
During peak times, queues can extend into the hallways. Patience is key. Having all your documents ready will speed up the process once you reach the counter.

General Tips for Visiting DLT Offices
Arrive Early
DLT offices open at 8:00 AM and queue numbers are limited. Arrive by 7:30 AM for the best experience, especially during peak season.
Dress Appropriately
Some DLT offices enforce a dress code. Avoid shorts, sleeveless tops, and flip-flops. Closed-toe shoes and long pants are safest.
Bring All Documents
Missing even one document means you will be turned away. Use our document checklist to ensure you have everything before you go.
Bring Copies
Have photocopies of your passport, visa page, entry stamp, and departure card. Some offices charge for copies, and they may not have a copier available.
We Accompany You to the DLT Office
No need to navigate the DLT alone. Our team escorts you, handles all Thai-language communication, and ensures your visit goes smoothly.
