How It Works

Document Collection

You can send pictures of your documents to us — vehicle registration book (blue book), current insurance policy, and any previous tax receipts. We verify everything is in order.

Insurance Arrangement

We arrange your compulsory motor insurance renewal at competitive rates. We can handle renewal without you coming to the Department of Land Transport. For vehicles over 7 years old, we also coordinate the required vehicle inspection.

Tax Payment

We process your annual vehicle tax payment at the DLT office. The process takes 1 day. For eligible vehicles, we can handle this online for faster processing.

Completion

After renewal, we send documents to your address. You receive your updated tax sticker, insurance certificate, and all receipts. We note your next renewal date and can remind you when it is due.

What happens if I do not pay my vehicle tax on time?

Late vehicle tax payment incurs a surcharge of 1% per month on the tax amount. If unpaid for more than 3 years, the vehicle registration can be revoked. Driving without valid tax is also an offense that carries a fine.

Do I need a vehicle inspection for tax renewal?

Vehicles over 7 years old (5 years for vans and trucks) require an annual inspection before tax renewal. We coordinate the inspection at an authorized center as part of our service.

What is Por Ror Bor insurance?

Por Ror Bor (compulsory motor insurance) is Thailand's mandatory third-party liability insurance. Every vehicle must have valid Por Ror Bor to renew its annual tax. It covers bodily injury to third parties in accidents.

Can I renew my vehicle tax online?

Yes, some vehicles are eligible for online tax renewal through the DLT website or app. However, the system has limitations and not all vehicles qualify. We determine the fastest method for your specific vehicle.
