Last updated: March 3, 2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website tdl-service.com ("Website") and all services provided by Thai Driving License Service ("TDL Service," "we," "us," or "our"), a private service company registered in Thailand.
By accessing our Website, booking an appointment, or using any of our services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or Website.
2. Nature of Our Services

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

- Your application will be approved by the DLT

DLT offices may change their requirements, procedures, or accepted documents without notice. While we stay current with these changes and advise you accordingly, we are not responsible for last-minute policy changes by government authorities.
4. Fees and Payment

Our service fees are separate from any government fees charged by the DLT or other Thai government agencies. Service fees cover our professional assistance, preparation, accompaniment, and administrative work. Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page.
4.2 Government Fees
Government fees (DLT application fees, license fees, medical certificate fees, residence certificate fees, etc.) are set by the respective government agencies and are payable directly to those agencies or through us as indicated at the time of booking. These fees are non-negotiable and subject to change by the government without notice.
4.3 Third-Party Costs
Some services may involve third-party costs such as document translation fees, notarization fees, embassy fees, or transportation costs. These will be communicated to you before they are incurred and are separate from our service fees unless explicitly included in your service package.
4.4 Payment Terms
Payment terms, accepted payment methods, and due dates are communicated at the time of booking. Full or partial payment may be required before services are rendered, depending on the service package selected.
5. Booking and Appointments
5.1 Appointment Scheduling
When you book an appointment through our Website or via direct communication (email, LINE, WhatsApp, or phone), you agree to the date, time, and location specified in the booking confirmation. Appointments are subject to DLT office availability and operating hours.

5.4 Retakes
If you fail the written or practical test at the DLT, retake policies vary by service package. Some packages include one or more free retake accompaniments. Details are specified in your service package terms. Additional retakes beyond what is included may incur additional fees.
6. Customer Obligations
